Instructors

The Club has received a number of requests over the past year for instruction in the shotgun sports. While we do have local instructors available, additional certified instructors are always welcome. The National Sporting Clays Association and the National Skeet Shooting Association offer instructor training at various levels. There are Level 1 programs scheduled for California. The information can be viewed at: http://www.nssa-nsca.org/index.php/nsca-sporting-clays-shooting/training-information/become-an-instructor/instructor-certification-class-schedule
Due to the requirements of our insurance, all instructors must provide the Club with a certificate of insurance prior to offering any instruction. The Sportsmen’s Insurance Agency offers an Instructors Policy for a very reasonable price. Their information can be viewed at: http://www.siai.net
We look forward to some of our members becoming Certified Instructors.
