The 2009 Kern County Gun Club annual fund raising dinner was a huge success. Thanks to all of our sponsors and the folks who sold tickets and worked the event. There were about 250 folks who showed up at the Elks Lodge (click on headline to read  more), dining on an excellent prime beef and pasta dinner. There were  plenty of goodies auctioned off: a Glock pistol, lots of rifles and shotguns, knives, ammo bags, a gun safe, you name it. Special thanks to all those who worked so hard to make this happen: Linda and Matt Pandol, Cyndi Benson, club president Randy Asbill, Roger Montgomery,  Jack McGee,  Jimmy Kirkley... the  list is a long one and we apologize for leaving lots of folks out. It was a grand night. Now on to next year!
