Our second year ended with much success this month. We had 46 kids that were involved faithfully this year which is an outstanding number. I hope to see more next year, we start our 3rd year in September. This is our 1st year with 2 teams going to the state shoot for trap. We also have our skeet teams returning to shoot state here at KCGC this year, we are very proud of all the kids. We have had a couple of kids that earned scholarships for college, and we would love to have more kids use the scholarship program. There are many thanks I would like to give, first to all the coaches that give up their time to come out and work with the kids we thank all of you very much. Thanks to all the parents that bring the kids out each month and thanks to the parents that get involved and learn about shooting and safety with the kids. A special thanks goes out to all the business, and individuals that make donations to our youth program to make all this happen. I also want to give a special thanks to the NRA who are very big supporters of our youth program. Without all of you we would not be able to make this program work.
